摘 要:采用自主开发的湿壁塔装置,基于工业条件下的单乙醇胺(Monoethanolamine,MEA)水溶液,测定了MEA水溶液吸收CO_2气体的动力学数据,并建立动力学模型。采用拟一级反应假设,根据两性离子机理和三分子反应机理,研究结果指出温度在303.15~323.15 K时MEA溶液吸收CO_2反应级数为1.23~1.38,并随温度升高而增大。通过线性拟合计算,所得结果与国外文献基本吻合。The kinetic data of the reaction between CO2 and aqueous solutions of MEA with wall tower unit were measured,based on the industrial conditions of the Monoethanolamine( MEA) aqueous solution,and a kinetic model was set up. The pseudo first order reaction hypothesis was used. For MEA solutions,the direct mechanism were used for the interpretation and the reaction order was founded to be in the range of 1. 23 - 1. 38 with respect to concentrations. Then by means of linear fitting,the following elations were gotten that the results obtained were in agreement with the literature.
