摘 要:采用KMnSO_4复合NaOH溶液鼓泡吸收装置研究了烟气条件对同时脱硫脱硝的影响,分析了影响氧化吸收效果的关键参数,得出以下结论:烟气流速增加会使脱硫脱硝的效率下降,且对脱硝的影响更大;烟气中的氧气含量变化对脱硫的影响不大,但其增加会促进NO的氧化从而提高脱硝率;反应温度的增加会明显抑制SO_2和NO_x的吸收,使其脱除率下降;粉尘浓度增加也会使SO_2和NO_x的脱除率有一定程度的下降。The effects of flue gas conditions on desulfurization and denitrification by KMnO4 and NaOH mixture were studied in a bubble absorber. The key factors affecting their oxidation and absorption were analyzed. The results showed that,the increase of flow rate of flue gas would reduce the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification. Especially,the denitrification rate was affected more obviously; The oxygen content of flue gas had little effect on the desulfurization,but it promoted the oxidation of NO to enhance denitrification rate; The increase of reaction temperature would inhibit the absorption of SO2 and NOx so that their removal rates decreased; The increase of dust concentration also reduced the removal rates of SO2 and NOx to a certain extent.
