摘 要:经过实地勘测并查看矿井设计,六米大采高液压支架外形尺寸已经超过了某矿井巷道设计。为了适应巷道固有条件,快速、高效地进行液压支架的稳设,同时加强安全生产,采用了场上解体、分装下井后再进行组装、稳设的方式进行大采高综采工作面支撑掩护式液压支架的稳设;在此过程中对井下液压支架组装硐室进行专项设计,并设计了液压支架分体后装运专用矿用平板车,实现了大采高综采工作面支撑掩护式液压支架安全、快速稳设,该方法为成型巷道和设备不适应等,提供了较好的解决思路。Survey and inspection of mine design shows that the size of the six-meter support has exceeded the existing mine roadway. In order to set and install the support quickly and efficiently under the existing underground condition,means of dismantling the support on surface and transport packs separately to underground,then assembly on the underground field. The specially designed chamber and flatbed truck are used for underground support transportation and assembly,so to realize safe and fast installation of the support. The method provides a better solution for the No-match of roadways and equipment.
