摘 要:介绍超临界CO_2染色技术、分散染料微胶囊染色技术、分散染料载体染色技术、本体染色技术、原位矿化染色技术、真空升华染色技术和超声波加工染色技术等新型染色技术在聚酯纤维染色中的应用,并对各种染整技术的优缺点进行总结。结果显示,目前新型聚酯纤维染色技术由于种种限制没有得到推广和应用,但是新型环保染色技术一定是未来的发展趋势;同时,随着数字化技术的发展,散墨印染技术的不断应用,聚酯纤维印染工艺也走向数字化印染的时代。The application of novel dyeing technology in polyester fiber dyeing, such as supercritical CO_2 dyeing technology, disperse dyes microcapsule dyeing technology, disperse dyes carrier dyeing technology, bulk dyeing technology, in situ mineralization dyeing technology, vacuum sublimation dyeing technology and ultrasonic processing dyeing technology were introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of these dyeing and finishing technology were summarized. The results showed that although the novel dyeing technology of polyester fiber has not been popularized and applied due to various limitations, the new environmental dyeing technology will be the development trend. At the same time, polyester fiber dyeing process also went to digital dying and printing erawith the development of digital technology and the wide application of ink printing and dyeing technology.
