摘 要:苯甲醇用于涤纶氢氧化钠退浆、碱减量和染色一浴加工,研究了氢氧化钠、苯甲醇、分散剂和染料用量以及处理温度、处理时间等因素对涤纶织物退浆、碱减量和染色一浴加工的影响,测试了处理织物的各项性能及染色牢度。结果表明:苯甲醇可有效降低氢氧化钠的用量。当染料用量为1%(omf)时的最佳工艺:Na OH 2 g/L、苯甲醇60 m L/L,130℃保温60 min。经处理后,织物表面浆料得以去除,同时获得较好的仿真丝效果,且织物失重率达到24.10%,强力损伤为23.34%,耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度均可达到4~5级。Benzyl alcohol was applied as auxiliaries for desizing, alkali reduction and dyeing in one bath process of polyester fabrics. The effects of the dosage of sodium hydroxide, benzyl alcohol, dispersant, dyes, temperature and time on processing performance of polyester fabrics were analyzed. The properties and fastness of the fabric were also tested. The results showed that benzyl alcohol as the carrier was able to effectively reduce the amount of sodium hydroxide. When the amount of dye was 1%(omf), the experimental results showed that the optimum process was Na OH 2 g/L, benzyl alcohol 60 m L/L, processing at 130 ℃ for 60 min. After being treated, fabric surface slurry was removed, and obtained a better imitation silk effect. The weight loss rate of the fabric was more than 24.10%, the strength loss was 23.34%, and the washing fastness and rubbing fastness reached 4~5 grade.
