摘　　要：研究了天丝面料的冷轧堆染深色工艺,优化了堆染、水洗、固色后处理的加工工艺;还研究了两种碱剂(代用碱和常规复配碱剂)在冷轧堆染色中的效果。结果表明:天丝面料经过冷轧堆染色,能够获得高色牢度的深黑色产品;该工艺节约了水、汽的使用,简化了操作流程,节约能源、减少排放。The cold pad-batch dyeing process of dark Tencel fabric was studied, and the processing technology of pile dyeing, washing and fixing after treatment was optimized. At the same time, the effects of two alkali agents（substitutive alkali and conventional compound alkali agent） in cold pad-batch dyeing were also tested. The results showed that： Tencel fabric can obtain high fastness dark-black products after cold pad-batch dyeing. Meantime, the process saved the usage of water and steam, simplified the operation process, saved energy, and reduced emissions.
