摘 要:超细涤纶仿麂皮织物质地柔软、手感丰润、坚牢耐用、耐磨性好,但因比表面积大,不易匀染,染深性及色牢度较差。采用等离子体处理后染色的方式,探讨等离子体处理工艺条件(处理强度和时间)、染料颜色以及助剂用量对超细涤纶仿麂皮织物染色性能的影响,并对上染率、K/S值、色牢度等进行了测试。结果显示:采用双介质阻挡亚辉光放电等离子体处理技术对涤纶仿麂皮织物进行预处理,电流4 A、处理时间40 min时,等离子体处理效果最好,K/S值、色牢度和上染率提高明显;壳聚糖用量10 g/L、聚乙二醇(PEG)600用量10%(omf)时,对染色牢度提升效果最好。Microfiber polyester suede fabrics exhibit good softness, plump handle, good wearing and abrasion resistance. However, due to the large surface of the fiber, microfiber polyester shows bad levelness, no deep color and low colorfastness. The effects of plasma treatment conditions(treatment intensity and time), dye color and additive amount on the dyeing properties of superfine polyester suede fabric were investigated by plasma treatment, and the dyeing rate, K/S value, color fastness and so on were tested. The results showed that when microfiber polyester suede fabric was pretreated with double dielectric barrier glow plasma electricity intensity at 4 A for 40 min, the plasma treatment effect was good, and the K/S value, dyeing fastness and dye uptake increased obviously. After dyeing with 10 g/L chitosan solution and 10%(omf) polyethylene glycol(PEG) 600, microfiber polyester suede fabrics showedgood dyeing properties.
