摘 要:将苯甲醇用于涤纶分散荧光染料低温染色,研究了苯甲醇用量、分散剂用量、染料用量、染浴pH、染色温度、染色时间等对涤纶染色K/S值的影响,并测试了染色织物耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明:苯甲醇可作为涤纶分散荧光染料低温染色助剂,可有效降低涤纶染色温度;涤纶低温染色的最佳染色工艺为pH=5、100℃保温60 min、分散荧光黄10GN的苯甲醇用量为15 mL/L、分散荧光红R-G的苯甲醇用量为45 mL/L,低温染色处理织物的耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度均可达到4~5级。Benzyl alcohol was applied for the low temperature dyeing of polyester with disperse fluorescent dyes. The effects of the dosage of benzyl alcohol, dispersant, dyes, dyeing temperature and time on K/S value of polyester fabrics were investigated.The washing and rubbing fastness of dyed fabric were tested.The results showed that benzyl alcohol could be utilized as an auxiliary in the low temperature dyeing of polyester to effectively reduce the dyeing temperature. The optimal dyeing process of polyester dyed at low temperature was pH=5, dyeing at 130 ℃ for 60 min while the benzyl alcohol dosage for disperse fluorescent yellow 10 GN was 15 m L/L and for disperse fluorescent red R-G was 45 mL/L. The washing and rubbing fastness of the fabrics can reach 4~5 grade after low temperature dyeing.
