斜纹织物洗后纬斜控制方法的研究

摘　　要：以斜纹织物为研究对象,探讨影响洗后纬斜的因素。结果表明,斜纹面料的洗后纬斜与其斜纹角度存在线性相关关系,因此,由斜纹角度可预知面料的洗后外观纬斜。该经验可用于快速预测斜纹面料的洗后纬斜,实现对织物纬斜的有效控制,对生产具有一定指导作用。Taking twill fabrics as the research object, the factors affecting the post-washing weft inclination were discussed. The results show that there is a linear correlation between the post-wash weft angle and the twill angle. Therefore, the post-wash appearance of twill fabric can be predicted by the twill angle. This experience can be used to predict the skewness of fabric in advance to realize its effective controlling, which is beneficial to production.
