摘  要:对棉/Lyocell A100混纺织物进行定量分析时,发现采用GB/T 2910.6-2009标准方法,混纺织物中的Lyocell A100不能完全溶解,导致纤维质量分数定量分析结果出现误差。对标准方法进行改进,获得新的棉/Lyocell A100织物定量分析方法:以甲酸/氯化锌为溶剂,溶解温度70℃,溶解时间35 min,修正系数1.11。通过对实验结果的数理统计分析,新方法具有较好的准确度和精密度,能够适用于棉/Lyocell A100混纺织物的定量分析检测。In the quantitative analysis of cotton/Lyocell A100 blended fabric, it was found that the Lyocell A100 in the blended fabric could not be completely dissolved using the GB/T 2910.6-2009 standard method, leading to the error of the result of quantitative analysis of fiber content. In this paper, a new quantitative analysis method of cotton/Lyocell A100 blended fabric was obtain via improving the standard method: the formic acid/zinc chloride was solvent, the solution temperature was 70 ℃, the dissolution time was 35 min and the correction factor was 1.11. The new way possess good accuracy and precision, which can be applied in the quantitative analysis of cotton/Lyocell A100 blended fabric via the mathematical statistics analysis of the experimental results.
