摘　　要：自2016年5月以来,黄河水利委员会积极开展信息化"六个一"重点工作。介绍"六个一"和黄委信息资源整合共享要解决的问题、建设的需求、具体方案和现有成果等,提出重视基础、突出应用的整合思路,成果实践"六个一"是信息资源整合的顶层设计,是推动数字黄河迈向智慧黄河的关键措施。The Yellow River Conservancy Commission （YRCC）’s, which included six major parts and was executed since 1995, is the directory outline for its informationization work. The content of the outline not only demanded the adjustment for department’s management mechanism, de？ned the principle of informationization integration, but also formulated the aims for its informationization work. The guiding outline is the top-design for YRCC’s information resource integration work, and also is the key measures to promote its information work from the aim of Digital Yellow River to Intelligent Yellow River .
