摘　　要：研究水库安全管理信息化与人类智慧,定义智慧水库概念;设计基于云平台的智慧水库6层架构,阐述各层内容及相互关系;分析智慧水库中信息感知、互联和系统智能化等关键问题,采用新型智能传感器、信息感知方式多样化、水库物联网、非结构化数据处理、信息标准化、信息融合、业务协同和人工智能等方法和技术解决问题,为智慧水库研究与建设提供技术路线。The article researches reservoir safety management informatization and human wisdom, and defines the concept of Smart Reservoir. Based on cloud platform, it designs 6 layers architecture of Smart Reservoir, and expounds the contents and the relationship between the layers. The key problems of information perception, information interconnection and system intelligence in smart reservoir are analyzed. Methods and techniques, such as new intelligent sensor, the diversity of information awareness, reservoir IoT, unstructured data processing, information standardization, information fusion, business synergy and arti？cial intelligence, are used to solve these problems. It provides technical route for Smart Reservoir research and development.
