摘　　要：加强软件版权保护、推进使用正版软件是实施知识产权战略的重要内容,是促进软件产业发展,加快转变经济发展方式的内在要求。从水利部机关及直属各单位近年来推进使用正版软件工作入手,阐述软件正版化工作推进过程中的重点与难点,总结开展软件正版化工作的方法与措施,提出目前工作存在的不足与下一步建议,对各单位开展软件正版化工作具有一定的借鉴意义。Strengthening the protection of software copyright and promoting the use of positive software are the important parts of implementing the strategy of intellectual property rights and the inherent requirement for promoting the development of the software industry and accelerating the transformation of economic development methods. This paper starts with the work of the institution and units directly under the Ministry of water resources in recent years to promote the use of positive software. It elaborates the key and dif？cult points in the process of software legalization, summarizes the methods and measures to implement the work of software legalization, and proposes the shortcomings based on the current situation and further suggestions. This article has certain reference signi？cance for all units to carry out software legalization.
