摘　　要：目的探讨新型口腔黏膜烧灼剂在口腔颌骨囊肿切除术后的应用临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月我院口腔颌面外科收治的40例口腔颌骨囊肿待手术的患者,随机分为两组,每组各20例,实验组在颌骨囊肿切除术后使用黏膜烧灼剂处理囊腔内壁;对照组采用常规手术方法切除囊肿,不进行残余囊壁处理,对比两组患者手术后的临床效果。结果实验组术后感染、手术时间、出血量、疼痛发生率均少于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后甲级愈合率优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后骨质增生厚度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对颌骨囊肿切除术患者,术后应用口腔黏膜烧灼剂组,可降低囊肿复发率低,加快愈合。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of a new type of oral mucosal cautery in the treatment of oral cystectomy.Methods A total of 40 patients with oral cysts undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery at our department from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The jaw cysts in study group were resected through routine cystectomy and removing residual cyst wall with oral mucosal cautery.The jaw cysts in control group were resected through routine cystectomy without removing residual cyst wall.The clinical effects of the two groups after surgery were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative infection,operative time,bleeding volume and pain in study group was lower than that in control group（P 〈0.05）.The postoperative grade A healing rate of study group was significantly better than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.Postoperative hyperosteogeny thickness of study group was higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with jaw cystectomy,postoperative oral mucosal cautery can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of cysts and accelerate the healing process.
