摘　　要：目的研究肛瘘术后Smad3因子的表达变化,了解紫草油促进创面愈合的机制。方法将150例患者采用简单随机法分为紫草油组、凡士林组和肤痔清组,每组各50例,术后每日分别予紫草油、凡士林、肤痔清外用,通过RT-PCR和Western-blot检测肛瘘术后第7天、第14天后血清中Smad3 m RNA和蛋白表达水平的变化。结果 RTPCR和Western-blot表明紫草油组Smad3含量变化逐渐降低,治疗后第14天,与肤痔清及凡士林组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫草油能够缩短愈合时间,促进创面愈合,其可能机制为通过下调Smad3因子的表达。Objective To study the expression of Smad3 after anal fistula,and to understand the mechanism of lithospermum oil promoting wound healing.Methods One hundred and fifty undergoing anal fissure were randomly divided into three groups： the lithospermum oil group（50 patients）,and vaseline group（50 patients）.skin phlegm group（50 patients）.The lithospermum,vaseline,skin phlegm was used daily.The serum Smad3 levels in the blood was separately tested by RT-PCR and western-blot.Results RT-PCR and western-blot showed that the Smad3 content in the lithospermum oil group gradually decreased.On the 14 thday after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05） compared with the skin phlegm and vaseline group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Lithospermum oil can reduce healing time and promote wound healing.Its possible mechanism is through to down-regulate the expression of Smad3 factor.
