安全护理管理对老年痴呆患者的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究安全护理管理模式在老年痴呆患者的应用价值。方法以我院2016年11月—2018年1月收治的86例老年痴呆患者为观察对象,随机分为对照组与安全组,各43例,给予对照组传统护理,安全组采用安全护理管理模式,对比两组疗效。结果安全组不安全事故反生率相比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论安全护理管理模式可有效减少老年痴呆患者发生不安全事故情况,切实保证患者人身安全,效果显著。Objective To study the application value of safety nursing management mode in senile dementia patients.Methods 86 patients with senile dementia treated in our hospital from November 2016 to January 2018 were observed and divided into the control group and the safety group randomly,43 cases in each group,the control group was given traditional nursing,the safety group adopted the safety nursing management model and the effect of two groups was compared.Results The incidence of unsafe accidents in the safety group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The safety nursing management mode can effectively reduce the occurrence of unsafe accidents in senile dementia patients,and ensure the safety of patients.
