摘　　要：随着新媒体迅速渗透人们生活各个方面,健身运动成为网络 社交的重要内容.“互联网＋运动”成为新的生活方式,由此也衍生出新 的商业模式互联网＋运动”涉及“＋互联网” “＋社交” “ ＋商业运 营”等策略.“互联网＋运动”对其他领域“互联网＋”的启示在于 “互联网＋”要便于人们接触和使用,成为人们手机社交的一部分;“互联 网＋”要与日常化手机应用结合起来;“互联网＋”要实现线上和线下的 活动打通;“互联网＋”要设法营销并从中盈利.When new media rapidly penetrate into every aspect of our lives, body-building becomes an important part of the internet social. ＂ Internet ＋ Exer-cise＂ has become a new life style, which derived new business models. ＂Inter-net ＋ Exercise＂ is related to ＂ Internet ＋＂＂＋ networking＂ ＂＋ business＂ andother tactics. ＂ Internet ＋ Exercise＂ gives inspiration to other ＂Internet ＋ ＂ mod-els in other field. ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ should be convenient for touch and use so that it can gradually become a part of mobile social. Also, ＂ Internet ＋ ＂ should be inte-grated into daily mobile application. What＇s more, ＂ Internet ＋＂ should be the bridge of online and offline activities. Last but not least,＂Internet ＋ ＂ should betried to put into the market and make profit.
