摘　　要：目的通过将住院患者跌倒事件发生率作为科室护理敏感质量指标进行控制,完善科室住院患者跌倒风险防范管理,促进跌倒质量管理持续改进。方法提取2015年11月—2016年11月全科5例跌倒不良事件的数据资料进行分析,研究住院患者发生跌倒事故的主要原因,并采取护理质量敏感指标控制,比较实施前后患者跌倒发生率及跌倒伤害率。结果对跌倒敏感指标控制前后进行比较,跌倒发生率由0.25‰下降至0.098‰,跌倒伤害率由80%降到0。结论通过护理敏感指标分析,为心内科住院患者跌倒管理的持续改进提供依据,将跌倒评价指标应用于科室及专项质量控制,使跌倒管理更具目标化、规范化,有助于医院跌倒质量管理的提升,保障患者安全。Objective To control the incidence of falls in hospitalized patients as a sensitive index of nursing care quality in the department, to improve the prevention and management of fall risk in inpatients in the department, and to promote the continuous improvement of fall quality management. Methods Data from 5 cases of adverse events of fall from November 2015 to November 2016 were extracted and analyzed. The main causes of falls in inpatients were studied. The quality of sensitive indicators was used to control the incidence of falls and fall injury rate before and after implementation. Results Before and after the control of the fall sensitivity indicator, the incidence of falls fell from 0.25‰ to 0.098‰, and the fall injury rate dropped from 80% to 0. Conclusion Through the analysis of sensitive index of nursing, it provides basis for continuous improvement of fall management in hospitalized patients with cardiac diseases. It applies fall evaluation indicators to departments and special quality control to make fall management more targeted and standardized, which will help hospital fall quality management. The improvement will ensure the safety of patients.
