摘　　要：业务培训作为公共资源交易管理工作的重要一环,对规范交易管理与组织,提升交易队伍能力与水平有着现实的意义。本文拟从杭州市江干区加强公共资源交易业务培训的实践出发,对如何更加有效地做好公共资源交易业务培训工作提出几点思考。As an essential part of public resources transaction management, business training plays a realistic role in regulating transaction management and organization, as well as in improving the capacity and level of transaction teams. The article intends to put forward several thoughts on how to deal with public resources transaction in a more effective way, from the practice of strengthening the business training of public resources transaction in Jianggan District, Hangzhou City.
