基于“LMTC”的高校创客教育新生态探索与实践——以滁州学院为例

摘　　要：应用型本科高校在人才培养的定位、目标、创新创业教育模式上具有显著的特点。针对如何在应用型本科高校开展创新创业教育、找到具体实施的突破口等问题,从应用型本科高校人才培养的特点和创新创业教育改革要求出发,探索并实践了适合应用型本科高校的创客教育新模式,初步形成了以组织领导、教学管理、师资队伍、课程体系为主要内涵的四位一体的创客教育新生态。The applied universities have more difference characteristics in orientation and goal of talent training and innovation and entrepreneurship education mode. Aiming at how to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education, find the breakthrough of specific implementation in applied undergrad uate colleges and universities, this paper explores and practices the new Maker Education model suitable for college students in applied universities based on the characteristics of talents training in ap plied universities and the innovation and entrepreneurship of education. It has formed a new ecosystem of education, which is based on ＂LMTC＂ quaternity： organizational leadership, teaching management, teaching staff and curriculum system.
