多西他赛联合奥沙利铂及替吉奥对晚期胃癌患者血清学相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨晚期胃癌患者接受多西他赛联合奥沙利铂及替吉奥治疗对血清学相关指标的影响。方法:选取2016年3月—2018年3月在我院就诊的晚期胃癌患者94例,根据随机数表法分为对照组47例和观察组47例,对照组采用DCF方案治疗,观察组采用多西他赛联合奥沙利铂及替吉奥治疗,对比两组血清恶性分子水平及肿瘤标志物含量。结果:观察组化疗后基质金属蛋白酶9(Matrix metalloproteinase 9,MMP9)、MMP7、胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)及血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组化疗后糖类抗原72-4(Carbohydrate antigen 72-4,CA72-4)、CA19-9及癌胚抗原(Carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多西他赛联合奥沙利铂及替吉奥化疗可有效改善晚期胃癌患者血清学相关指标,提高化疗效果。Objective： To investigate the effect of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and teggio on serological related indicators in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods： 94 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were divided into control group （47 cases） and observation group （47 cases）. The control group was treated with DCF scheme. The observation group was treated with docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and teggio, and the levels of serum malignant molecules and tumor were compared in the two groups. Results： After chemotherapy, the levels of matrix metalloproteinase 9 （MMP9）, MMP7, insulin like growth factor -1 （IGF-1） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） were lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. The levels of carbohydrate antigen 72-4 （CA72-4）, CA19-9 and carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） after chemotherapy in the observation group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and teggio chemotherapy can effectively improve serological indexes of patients with advanced gastric cancer and improve the effect of chemotherapy.
