沐舒坦雾化吸入联合全面干预治疗老年呼吸道疾病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗联合全面护理对呼吸道疾病老年患者的影响。方法:将60例呼吸道疾病老年患者分为试验组30例和对照组30例,所有患者均接受沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗。在治疗期间给予对照组常规护理,而试验组行全面护理。将两组的临床疗效和满意度进行对比,并比较护理前和护理后患者的焦虑、抑郁以及生活质量的变化情况。结果:对照组的治疗总有效率80.00%低于试验组96.67%,P<0.05;对照组患者对临床治疗和护理的满意度83.33%低于试验组100.00%,P<0.05。护理干预前,对照组和试验组的生活质量评分、焦虑、抑郁评分无明显差异,P>0.05。护理后,对照组各项生活质量评分的提升程度均低于试验组,P<0.05;对照组抑郁和焦虑评分的降低程度低于试验组,P<0.05。结论:在老年呼吸道疾病患者的临床治疗中,沐舒坦雾化吸入疗法配合全面护理可使疗效更为确切,既可缓解患者的消极情绪,又有利于患者生活质量的改善,患者满意度较高。Objective： To analyze the effect of atomization inhalation of ambroxol combined with comprehensive nursing on elderly patients with respiratory diseases. Methods： 60 elderly patients with respiratory diseases were divided into experimental group （n=30） and control group （n=30）. The control group was given routine nursing while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. The clinical effcacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the changes of anxiety, depression and quality of life of the patients before and after nursing were compared. Results： The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group （P〈0.01）. The satisfaction degree of the patients in the control group to the clinical treatment and nursing care was 83.33） lower than that in the test group （P〈0.05）. Before nursing, there was no signifcant difference in the scores of quality of life and anxiety and depression between the control group and the experimental group （P〉0.05）. After nursing, the improvement degree of quality of life score in control group was lower than that in test group （P〈0.05）, and the depression and anxiety score in control group was lower than that in test group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with respiratory diseases, the atomization inhalation therapy of ambroxol combined with comprehensive nursing can make the curative effect more accurate and can be alleviated. The negative emotion of the patient is also benefcial to the improvement of the patient＇s quality of life, and the satisfaction of the patient is higher.
