口腔健康宣教在西吡氯铵含漱液预防颌骨囊肿术后感染患者中应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究口腔健康宣教在西吡氯铵含漱液预防颌骨囊肿术后感染患者对口腔卫生改善效果的影响。方法:选择2015年6月—2016年6月期间在我院进行颌骨囊肿术治疗的45例患者作为对照组,选择2016年7月—2017年7月期间在我院进行颌骨囊肿术治疗的45例患者作为观察组,对照组给予使用西吡氯铵含漱液,在此基础之上,观察组加施口腔健康宣教,比较两组干预前后口腔卫生情况、疼痛改善情况、感染率及治疗依从性。结果:两组干预后软垢指数与牙石指数均低于干预前,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后VAS评分与感染率均低于对照组,且每餐后囊腔冲洗率、囊肿塞佩戴率及按时复诊率均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔健康宣教联合西吡氯铵含漱液可提高颌骨囊肿术患者术后感染的预防效果,显著降低感染率,缓解疼痛,保证口腔清洁卫生,提高生活质量。Objective： To explore the effect of oral health education on oral hygiene improvement after cetylpyridnium chloride gargle＇s prevention of postoperative infection of jaw cyst. Methods： 45 patients who were treated with maxillofacial cysts in our hospital during June 2015 - June 2016 were selected as the control group. 45 patients who were treated with maxillofacial cysts in our hospital during July 2016 -July 2017 were selected as the observation group. The control group was given the use of cetylpyridnium chloride gargle. Based on this, the observation group implemented oral health declaration. The oral hygiene, pain improvement, infection rate and treatment compliance between the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results： The soft scale index and the tooth stone index of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The VAS score and the infection rate of the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The significance of the study （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oral health education combined with cetylpyridnium chloride gargle can improve the effect of postoperative infection in patients with jaw cyst, reduce the infection rate, relieve pain, ensure oral hygiene and improve the quality of life.
