摘　　要：目的以中国海上医学救援为研究对象,探讨中国海上医学救援的分级救治模式。方法回顾中国海上医学救援的历史,分析现阶段海上医学救援的特点及存在的问题,总结国内外海上医学救援及浙江省人民医院国家紧急医学救援队建设经验,提出中国海上医学救援分级救治模式。结果发展中国海上医学救援分级救治,提高海上灾害的救援能力,需努力增强海上从业人员的自救互救能力、现场医学救援能力,加快医院船及基地医院的建设。结论海上医学救援是应对海上突发灾害的重要机制,通过分级救治,提高海上灾害医学救援能力,为中国海洋战略的实施提供有力的保障。Objective To explore the graded mode of maritime medical rescue in China. Method Reviewing the history of maritime medical rescue in China, this paper analyzes its characteristics and existing problems, summarizes the experience of domestic and international medical rescue and the construction of national emergency medical rescue team in Zhejiang Province People＇s Hospital, and thereby explores a graded mode of maritime medical rescue in China. Result To develop a graded treatment for maritime medical rescue and improve the rescue capability of maritime disasters, efforts must be made to enhance the ability of self and mutual aid, improve on-site medical rescue capabilities, and accelerate the construction of hospital ship and base hospital in China. Conclusion Maritime medical rescue is an important mechanism to cope with sudden disasters at sea, and it is a strong guarantee of China＇s marine strategy through graded treatment.
