摘　　要：针对测试牙膏中钙含量时出现的问题进行分析,提出用EDTA配位滴定法测定钙质牙膏的简便方法,该方法在测试时易于掌握并能准确控制终点,数据处理方法简便,分组多次测试实验现象明显,测试结果符合国家标准要求。This paper introduces the problems in the experiment teaching of testing the calcium content in the toothpaste for the students of fine chemical speciality,analyzes the problems and puts forward a simple method for the determination of the calcium toothpaste by EDTA coordination titration in the experiment,so that the students are easy to master and control the end point in the test. And the data processing method is simple and convenient. In the course of teaching,after several sessions of student groups,the experimental phenomena were obvious,and the results are in line with national standards.
