摘 要:常压富氧连续气化法是解决常压固定床间歇气化炉碳转化率问题和拓宽所用煤炭粒度的方法之一。针对晋城无烟煤生产合成氨,对常压富氧连续气化法和常压固定床间歇气化法进行分析对比,常压富氧连续气化法成本的提高主要在于氧耗,这也是制约该气化技术发展的主要原因,若能降低氧耗,其经济性将会大大提升。Normal-pressure rich-oxygen continuous gasification method is one of the ways to solve the problem of carbon conversion rate and expand the coal particle size of normal pressure fixed bed intermittent gasifier. In view of the production of synthetic ammonia by Jincheng anthracite,normal-pressure rich-oxygen continuous gasification and normal-pressure fixed bed intermittent gasification method are analyzed and compared. The increase in the cost of normal-pressure rich-oxygen continuous gasification is mainly due to the oxygen consumption,which is the main reason for restricting the development of the gasification technology. If the oxygen consumption can be reduced,the economy will be greatly improved.
