摘　　要：围绕壳牌煤气化装置的腐蚀问题展开研究,并给出相应解决措施,主要包括腐蚀材料选择,Fes保护层保护,pH值控制CO_2、N_2吹扫等解决腐蚀问题,确保煤气化装置正常运转。The corrosion problem of the Shell coal gasification unit is studied and the corresponding measures are given,including the selection of corrosion material,the protection of the Fes protection layer,CO2 control by pll value and N2 blowing etc. to solve the corrosion problems and ensure the normal operation of the coal gasification unit.
