摘 要:针对选择性激光烧结工艺中PS粉烧结件强度较低的问题,将PS粉和GF粉按照9∶1的质量比进行机械混合,制备出PS/GF复合粉末。利用正交试验研究预热温度、扫描速度、扫描间距等因素对PS/GF烧结件拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:复合粉末平均粒径为82.66μm;各因素对拉伸强度的影响从大到小依次为扫描速度、预热温度、扫描间距。实验所得最佳工艺参数组合为预热温度85℃、扫描速度1400 mm/s、扫描间距0.26 mm,并以此条件进行烧结实验,得出PS/GF烧结件的拉伸强度为3.60 MPa,比纯PS粉烧结件的拉伸强度提高了10.77%,达到了增强改性的目的。In view of low strength problem of PS powder sintered parts in the selective lasersintering process,the PS powder and GF powder are mechanically mixed according to the mass ratio of9:1,thus the PS/GF composite powder is prepared. The effect of the preheating temperature,scanningspeed and scanning interval on tensile strength of PS/GF sintering parts were studied by using theorthogonal experiment. The results show that the average particle size is 82.66 μm. The influence of theexperimental factors on the tensile strength from large to small is scanning speed,preheatingtemperature and layer thickness. The optimal combinations of process parameters are preheatingtemperature 85 益,scanning speed 1400 mm/s and scanning interval 0.26 mm. Under such conditions,the tensile strength of the PS/GF sintering part can reach 3.60 MPa,which is increased by 10.77%compared with pure PS sintered part,this achieves the purpose of strengthening the modification.
