PICC置管床旁会诊流程再造在综合医院老年病房中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院开展PICC置管床旁会诊流程再造后在老年病房中的应用效果。方法通过原有PICC置管床旁会诊流程实施中存在的不足或弊端,建立完善、系统的PICC置管床旁会诊流程,并评价流程再造后患者的会诊体验。访谈医护人员及PICC专科护士对会诊流程再造的感受。结果老年患者对会诊流程再造满意度提高,对流程中需改进条目关于讲解安置方法、置管费用及报销、告知会诊等候时间等项目认同率增加。医护人员表示对流程再造后职能分工明确、相互协作、工作效率较大提高。结论 PICC置管床旁会诊流程再造在老年病房的应用效果显著,能提高医护工作效率,真正实现医护合作一体化,同时患者体验与满意度增高。Objective In order to explore the application effect of PICC catheter bedside consultation process reengineer- ing in geriatric ward. Methods Through analysis on the insufficiency or drawbacks existing in the original implenlentation process of PICC catheter bedside consultation,establish perfect and systematic PICC catheter bedside consultation process, and evaluate the experience of patients after process reengineering, and interview with medical staff and PICC professional nurses about their feeling. Results The elderly patients have higher degree of satisfaction after process reengineering, better identification rate on the entries such as interpretation of catheter, cost, reimbursement, information of time of waiting for consultation. The medical staff indicates that the functional division of labor is clearer,more cooperative and efficient. Conclusion The effect of PICC catheter bedside consultation process reengineering in the geriatric ward is remarkable. It can improve the efficiency of medical work, integrate medical cooperation truly, and increase the patient experience and satisfaction at the same time.
