摘  要:本研究以白萨福克羊为父本,藏系绵羊为母本,通过白藏杂交提高产肉性能。在自然放牧条件下,经测定,12月龄白-藏羊活重比藏系绵羊高6.82%,差异显著(P<0.05),胸围极显著大于藏羊(P<0.01);胴体重提高12.36%,净肉重13.28%,净肉率提高6.02%,屠宰率提高7.50%,差异显著(P<0.05);眼肌面积提高1.65%,差异不显著(P>0.05);GR值差异极显著(P<0.01);后腿肉重提高18.02%,胸下肉降低21.13%,颈肉重提高95.24%,差异均极显著(P<0.01);腰肉提高4.08%,肋肉提高6.90%,肩胛肉重提高6.30%,差异显著(P<0.05)。大腿肌肉厚提高58.54%,腰脂厚降低23.08%,差异均极显著(P<0.01);背脂厚度、胴体长、胴体深、胴体胸深、胴体后腿长、胴体后腿宽、腰部肌肉厚均差异不显著(P>0.05)。白-藏羊与藏系绵羊相比,剪切力、失水率、熟肉率差异均显著(P<0.05)。To improve meat production performance of sheep, cross - breeding was performed by using the white Suffolk sheep as the father and the Tibetan sheep as the mother, under self - grazing conditions. The results showed that there was a significant difference belween the pre - slaughter 6. 82% (P 〈 0. 05 ) , the difference in chest eireunfferenee was extremely significant of 12 months old white - Tibetan sheep and that of Tibetan sheep. The carcass weight increased by 12. 36%, net meat weight by 13.28% , net meat rate by 6. 02%, slaughter rate by 7. 50% , and the difference was significant (P 〈0. 05) . The ocular musele area increased by 1.65% with no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ) . The difference of GR value was extremely significant (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The weight of hindquarters increased by 18.02 % , that of sub thorax decreased by 21.13 % , and that of neck increased by 95.24 % , all significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Waist meat in- creased by 4. 08% , rib meat increased by 6. 90% , and shoulder blade weight increased by 6. 30% , with significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The thigh musele thickness increased by 58.54% , and the waist fat thickness decreased by 23.08% , all with significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . There was no significant difference in the thickness of back fat, body length, body depth, chest depth, body hind leg length, body hind leg width and waist musele thickness ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Compared with Tibetan sheep, there were significant differences in shearing force, filtration rate and cooked meat rate ( P 〈 0. 01 ).
