摘  要:针对BOF→CAS→CC工艺生产SPHC钢成分和钢水浇铸性能控制的难点,通过对转炉终点控制、脱氧合金化、钢包顶渣改质、吹氩搅拌和钢水镇静夹杂物去除工艺等研究,开发了SPHC钢BOF→CAS→CC生产工艺.生产实践表明BOF→CAS→CC工艺生产的SPHC钢化学成分控制理想,洁净度满足用户要求,钢水浇铸性能良好,单中间包连浇炉数稳定在14炉以上,钢材性能指标良好和缺陷受控,与BOF→RH→CC工艺生产相比,转炉终点温度降低超过30 ℃,工序生产时间减少24 min/炉,综合运行可变成本比低30余元/t,生产效率提高,降本效益显著.In view of the difficulties in controlling the composition of SPHC steel and the control of molten steel casting properties of BOF→CAS→CC process, the production process of SPHC steel BOF→CAS→CC is developed through the research on the end control of the converter, the deoxidization alloying, the modification of the ladle cinder, the stirring of argon blowing and the removal of the inclusions in the molten steel. The production practice shows that the chemical composition of the SPHC steel produced by the BOF→CAS→CC process is ideal,the cleanliness meets the requirements of users, the steel water casting performance is good, the number of single tundish continuous casting furnace is more than 14 furnace, the steel performance is good and the defect is controlled, compared with the process of OF→RH→CC, the end point temperature of the converter is reduced by more than 30 ℃, the production time of the process is reduced by 24 min/ furnace, and the comprehensive operation can become more than 30 yuan /t, the production efficiency is improved, and the benefit of reducing the cost is remarkable.
