摘　　要：概述中厚板厂定尺剪机组目前存在的问题,主要介绍激光多普勒测速仪的工作原理、自动定尺剪切控制系统组成和原理以及激光测速仪在重庆钢铁中厚板定尺剪机组上的成功应用.The principles of laser Doppler velocimeter, the composition and principles of auto cutting length control system and laser velocimeter applied in cross shear machine are introduced according to the defects of cross shear.
