摘 要:目的评价3D和2D高清胸腔镜肺叶切除手术治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床应用价值。方法行二维胸腔镜(2D组,n=30)与三维胸腔镜(3D组,n=26)肺叶切除共56例手术患者,比较2组患者围手术期相关指标。结果 2D手术时间、术后24 h胸腔引流量、术后拔管时间、术后住院时间均高于3D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D高清胸腔镜比较2D高清胸腔镜有较好的视野,解剖结构显露清晰,使手术操作精准度提高,缩短了手术时间,有利于患者术后恢复。Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of 3D and 2D HD definition thoracoscopic lobectomy in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods Fifty six patients with NSCLC,who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy,were divided into group 2D(n = 30) and group 3D(n = 26). The relative indexes of the patients at perioperative period in both groups were compared. Results The duration of operation,the amount of thoracic cavity drainage at 24 h after operation,the postoperative extubation time and hospitalization time after operation in group 2D were significantly longer than those in group 3D(P〈0. 05). Conclusion As compared with 2D high definition thoracoscope,3D HD high definition thoracoscope,with the advantages of better visual field,clearer anatomical structure and more accurate operation,can shorten the duration of operation and improve the postoperative recovery of the patients.
