摘 要:扫频信号源采用以STM32F103单片机为核心,实现高精度锯齿波扫频。由于超声波电源换能器串联谐振频率在正常工作条件下波动不会超出3k Hz范围,为了节约开机扫频时间,设置扫频范围为4k Hz,扫描起点为26k Hz,扫频精度达到10Hz,100us扫描一个频率点。利用STM32单片机的高级定时器TIM1输出2路可调频调占空比的带死区时间互补PWM波,死区时间设置为110ns,通过定时器中断控制扫描速度,外部按键电路控制占空比。Frequency sweep signal source takes STM32F103 microcontroller as the core to realize high-precision sawtooth wave trequeney sweep. Under normal working conditions, the power uhrasonie transducer series resonance frequency fluctuations will not exceed 3 kHz range. In order to save on trequency sweeping time, the frequency sweeping range should be set to 4 kHz, the scanning starting point will be 26 kHz, the frequency sweeping precision will be 10 Hz, and it will take 100uS to scanning a frequency point. The advanced timer TIM1 with STM32 MCU can output two-way complementary/ PWM wave with dead band time, its trequency and duty ratio can be both changed, and the dead band time is set to 110 ns. The scanning speed is controlled by the timer inten'uption, and the duty- ratio is controlled by the external buttons.
