摘  要:简单概述了金冠熔炼系统的工艺现状,详细介绍了该系统在生产试验过程中所具备的自热熔炼条件及可采取的强化自热熔炼控制手段。通过对强化自热熔炼的预期及实际效果对比,发现强化自热熔炼技术既能提高闪速熔炼系统的反应效能,又能减少天然气及熔剂(石英砂)的使用量,最终达到了降低成本、增加效益的目的。The paperbriefly introduces the process status of Jinguan smelting system and details the self-heating smelting conditions during the production testing and the available control methods to intensify the self-heating smelting. By comparing the expected and actual results of the intensified self-heating smelting, it is concluded that the intensified self-heating smelting technology can not only improve the reaction efficiency of the flash smelting system, but also reduce the consumption of natural gas and flux(quartz sand), and thus finally achieve the objective to reduce costs and increase benefits.
