摘　　要：简要介绍了采用METCAL软件搭建白银炉处理铜精矿计算模型的步骤及思路。以白银炉为设计计算对象,搭建工艺计算模型,分析了"白银炼铜法"工艺流程的金属平衡和热量平衡,为白银炉技术升级提供了数据支撑。This paper briefly introduces the steps and ideas of adopting METCAL to build the calculation model for treating copper concentrate in the Baiyin furnace. With the Baiyin furnace as the object of design calculation, the authors have built a process calculation model and analyzed metal balance and heat balance of the Baiyin copper smelting method, which provides data support for technology upgrading design of the Baiyin furnace.
