摘  要:当前,中国的电解铝产能已大于产量,而产量又大于铝的消费。为限制产能过剩,国家正在进行供给侧改革,只能等量或限量置换,因此大型铝电解槽技术升级改造显得较为重要。从分析目标槽的问题出发,采取升电流、改进磁场、内衬及槽结构优化等措施,找出了大型铝电解槽升级改造的方向。At present, electrolytic aluminum production capacity has been greater than production, and output is larger than the consumption of aluminum. In order to limit over capacity, the country is carrying out supply-side reform, Which can only be replaced by equal quantity or limited quantity, so it is important to upgrade the technology of large aluminum reduction cell. Based on the analysis of the problems of the target cell, the technical upgrading direction of the large aluminum reduction cell is found out by taking measures such as raising current, improving the magnetic field, lining and the structure optimization of the cell.
