摘 要:为了对某型可变截面涡轮的实际性能进行研究,给后续的可变截面涡轮自动化控制奠定基础,通过对某型号可变截面涡轮进行性能试验,得到该型号涡轮流量特性和效率特性的试验数据。在此基础上,提出了一种预测变截面涡轮流量的计算方法,并给出了该方法的求解过程。将此方法与试验数据相结合确立了某种型号可变截面涡轮的流量随工况变化的关系,并由这种关系预测了几个不同工况下可变截面涡轮的流量特性。试验证明,这种方法是方便可行的,并且具有较高的精确性。The purpose of this paper is to test actual performance of a new type of variable geometry turbocharger(VGT), expecting to lay foundation for the future automated control of VGT. The experimental data of the turbine flowcharacteristics and efficiency characteristics were obtained through the performance test of a type of variable geometryturbine. On this basis, a method for predicting the flow rate of variable geometry turbine was proposed, and the processfor solving the method was given. By combining this method with the experimental data, the relationship of the flowcharacteristics of a type of variable geometry turbine changing with the working conditions was established, and theflow characteristics of the variable geometry turbine under different working condition were predicted by thisrelationship. Experiments show that this method is convenient and feasible, and has a high accuracy.
