摘　　要：目的探讨家庭病床静脉输液存在的风险以提升相关安全性。方法选取家庭病床静脉输液患者319例,观察组159例均采用制定的家庭静脉输液管理体系,对照组160例采用原有家庭病床静脉输液的管理办法,观察患者并发症发生率,评估家庭病床静脉输液管理体系的实际应用效果。结果 2组在针头滑出局部肿胀,补液不滴、过快,医疗废弃物遗失或处理不当,私自更换静脉滴注药方面观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组在局部皮肤淤青、破损,穿刺失败,输液反应方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论家庭病床静脉输液管理体系能够有效减少输液不良事件和护理风险的发生,提升家庭病床静脉输液安全性。Objective To explore risk of intravenous infusion so as to improve safety of intravenous infusion in the family sickbed. Methods A total of 319 patients with domestic sickbed infusion were selected,observation group with 159 cases implemented management system of intravenous infusion,while the control group with 160 cases adopted previous family venous transfusion management system. observation the domestic sickbed complications in patients with intravenous fluids and incidence,the incidence of complications and application effect of intravenous transfusion management system were observed. Results The observation group was better in local swollen after needle sliding,blocked or fast fluid-dripping,the lost medical waste or improperly dispose,and privately changing of drugs than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in local skin bruising,damage,puncture failure,and infusion reactions（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The family sickbed intravenous infusion management system can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events and nursing risks and improve the safety of intravenous fluid infusion.
