胃穿孔患者集束化护理

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在胃穿孔患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院96例胃穿孔手术患者根据护理方案分为观察组(实施集束化护理)和对照组(实施常规护理)各48例,观察2组患者的消化道生活质量评分(GIQLI评分)、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组GIQLI评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于胃穿孔手术的患者采取集束化护理,可提高患者的护理满意度和生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore application effect of cluster nursing in patients with gastric perforation. Methods A total of 96 patients with gastric perforation were divided into observation group with cluster nursing and control group with routine nursing according to the nursing plan,with48 cases per group,and the gastrointestinal quality of life index（ GIQLI score）,nursing satisfaction and complications were observed in the two groups. Results After intervention,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale（ SDS） of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The GIQLI score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Cluster nursing for patients with gastric perforation can improve patient’s nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and reduce the mcidence of complications.
