摘  要:针对目前煤矿井下采用固定绞车牵引设备存在稳定性差、机动性差以及钢丝绳断裂发生缆车事故的问题,设计了一种新型的锚固支撑拉移装置。分析了锚固支撑拉移装置组成形式与技术特点,对重要部件进行了描述,并介绍了该设备的液压系统原理及电控系统原理。使用结果表明,该设备改变了传统绞车牵引方式,提高了现场安装安全性,能为实现大拉力牵引提供可靠锚固点,不仅减少了事故发生,保证安全生产,而且提高了生产效率,取得了良好的效果。Aiming at the problem of poor stability,poor mobility and cable car accident in the underground fixed winch traction equipment,a new anchorage support and pull shift device was designed. The composition and technical characteristics of the anchorage support and pull shift device were analyzed. The important parts were described,and the principle of hydraulic system and the principle of electric control system were introduced. The results showed that the device changed the traditional winch traction way,improved the safety of site installation,and can provide reliable anchorage points for the realization of large pulling force traction. It not only reduced the occurrence of accidents,ensured safe production,but also improved the safety efficiency of personnel,and has achieved good results.
