摘 要:目前国产采煤机普遍采用分布式控制系统(DCS),存在线路冗余、稳定性差、通信不够稳定等问题,针对以上问题提出了采用现场总线控制系统(FCS)。该系统采用现场信号处理方式,所有的设备都采用总线或硬线的方式连接,可有效地避免线路冗余,同时现场信号处理基础能极大地提高信号处理能力和处理速度,使之采煤机在运行中对命令以及故障的反应更为迅速。通过现场使用表明,该系统运行更加稳定,对以后的采煤机控制技术发展有重要的意义。The distributed control system( DCS) has been widely used in domestic coal mining shearers,aiming at the existing problems such as redundant lines,poor stability and inefficiency of communication,the fieldbus control system( FCS) has been adopted. The system uses field signal processing,and all the devices are connected by bus or hard wire,so that the line redundancy can be effectively avoided,and the field signal processing base can greatly improve the signal processing capacity and processing speed,and the response of shearer to command and failure can be more rapid. The use of the field showed that the system was more stable,and had great significance to the development of the control technology for coal shearer.
