摘  要:为降低煤矿生产的运营成本,对已具备低位热量的煤矿按实际情况探讨矿山余热的综合利用方案。重点介绍鹤壁矿区通过空压机余热回收技术、瓦斯发电机组烟气余热综合利用和矿井水低位余热水源热泵技术,并对工业余热综合回收项目的实施进行了节能和经济运行分析,这对于同类企业工业余热综合回收利用的实施也可起到参考借鉴作用。In order to reduce the operation cost of coal mine production,for the coal mine with low calorie heat,the comprehensive utilization scheme of the waste heat in the mine was actively discussed according to the actual situation. The waste heat recycling technology of air compressor at Hebi mining area,the comprehensive utilization of waste heat of gas generating set and the low level waste heat source heat pump technology of mine water were emphasized. Besides,the implementation of industrial waste heat comprehensive recovery project has been carried out for energy saving and economic operation analysis,which also provides a reference for similar enterprise to implement the comprehensive recycling and utilization of industrial waste heat.
