摘　　要：通过脱模剂、基层处理、界面处理剂、粘结剂、施工班组等多种条件对比试验,研究某工程一期混凝土基层上外墙模塑聚苯板出现空鼓、脱落的原因。结果表明:QL型脱模剂对QH型保温板粘结剂与混凝土基层粘结性能的不利影响是导致该模塑聚苯保温板出现空鼓、脱落的主要原因。The reasons of hollowing and falling off of external wall expanded polystyrene panel on concrete base of a project are discussed,by comparing experiments of mould release agents,base treatments,interface treatment agents,binders and construction teams. The results show that the main reasons for the hollowing and falling of the external wall expanded polystyrene panel are the negative influence of QL type mould release agent on adhesive property for QH type binder of thermal insulation plate and concrete base.
