综合护理干预对特发性脊柱侧弯患者后路矫形术后恶心呕吐的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对脊柱侧弯患者术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的效果。方法选取2016-01/2018-01期间在第四军医大学附属西京医院进行脊柱侧弯择期手术患者46例,按照随机对照分为观察组(n=23)和对照组(n=23),对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,对2组恶心呕吐发生率和患者对护理的满意度进行比较。结果观察组的恶心呕吐发生率为17%,对照组为52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度为96%,对照组为83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以降低脊柱侧弯手术后患者恶心呕吐的发生率,缓解PONV的程度,提升患者对护理的满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing interventions on postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients with scoliosis. Methods Forty-six patients undergoing elective surgery for scoliosis at the Fourth Military Medical University Xijing Hospital during 2016-01/2018-01 were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 23） and control group（ n = 23）. The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given a comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the two groups and the patient＇s satisfaction with care. Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting was 17% in the observation group and 52% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction of the observation group was 96%,and that of the control group was 83%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting after scoliosis surgery,relieve the degree of postoperative nausea and vomiting,and improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care.
