补肾接骨汤对四肢骨折后疼痛肿胀症状及骨折愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的评价补肾接骨汤对四肢骨折后疼痛肿胀症状及骨折愈合的影响。方法对收治的四肢骨折患者116例按照数字随机分组法分为2组各58例,观察组采取补肾接骨汤治疗,对照组采取接骨七厘片治疗。比较2组患者骨折恢复情况。结果观察组治疗后疼痛VAS评分较对照组降低,疼痛消失时间、肿胀消失时间及骨折愈合时间较对照组缩短,骨痂形成评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾接骨汤能减轻四肢骨折患者疼痛肿胀情况,促使患者骨折较快愈合,效果显著。Objective To evaluate the effect of Bushen Jiegu decoction on painful swelling and fracture healing after limb fractures.Methods 116 cases of limb fractures treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the randomized number, with58 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Bushen Jiegu decoction. The control group was treated with Jiegu Qiqi tablet. The fracture recovery of the two groups was compared. Results The VAS score of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The time of disappearance of pain, disappearance of swelling and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The score of callus formation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P 0.05）. Conclusion Bushen Jiegu decoction can relieve the pain and swelling of patients with limb fractures and promote the healing of patients with fractures. The results are significant.
