陈树泉柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗下肢水肿经验

摘　　要：柴胡桂枝干姜汤临床适用于多种疑难杂病和怪病,且其症状也复杂多变。陈树泉导师对此方有自己独特的临床经验,从"证"与"症"方面入手,认为该方总的病理机制是少阳枢机不利,三焦气机失常,临床可出现多种复杂症状表现。但只要从仲景原意出发,抓住"寒热错杂"、"上热下寒"同时伴有情志异常的症状表现,就可以大胆选用柴胡桂枝干姜汤。同时应用此方治疗肿瘤患者下肢水肿病,同样取得较好的效果,从而进一步拓展了柴胡桂枝干姜汤的临床应用范围。Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction can cure many difficult and complicated diseases in clinic. Dr. Chen owns his special experience about it. From the point of syndrome and symptom, he holds the view that this decoction ＇s pathomechanism is disorder of qi movement in shaoyang and sanjiao, if we can understand zhongjing, seize the main points of intermingled cold and heat and upper heat and lower cold and disorder in emotion, we can use Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction to treat cancer patients who have intermingled cold and heat, the result is good, which can enlarge the application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction.
