摘　　要：临床应用中医药辨证治疗慢性心力衰竭患者时发现多数患者均有喘满、二便不通、水肿等三焦气机通降失常的表现,故以通利三焦气机为基本治则,以痰饮、血瘀、积滞等为着眼点,辨证施治,邪在上焦者宣降肺气,邪居中焦者健运脾胃,邪留下焦者通腑理气,使其气机通降有序、三焦通利,临床诸症得以缓解。The clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients found that most patients have asthma, abdominal distension, constipation, edema and other manifestations. Diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient＇s condition, clear the triple burner so as to cure, phlegm and retained fluid, blood stasis,stagnation point etc, regulate the triple warmer, clinical diseases can be alleviated.
