摘　　要：目的分析针刺配合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2017年10月110例肩周炎患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字法将其分为试验组与常规组。常规组仅采取关节松动术进行治疗,试验组在常规组基础上应用针刺治疗。统计并对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效突出,能够显著减轻患者的疼痛感,恢复患者的机体功能,提高患者生存质量,值得推广普及。Objective To analy ze the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with arthroplasty for periarthritis of shoulder.Methods From March 2016 to October 2017, 110 patients were selected as the study cases during this study period. According to the principle of random number method, 110 patients were divided into experimental group and routine group. The routine group was treated with arthrodesis, and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the routine group. The results were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the routine group, and the data difference reached statistical standard（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with arthroplasty for periarthritis of shoulder has clinical curative effect, can significantly reduce the patient ＇s pain, restore the patient＇s body function, improve the quality of survival, and is worthy of popularization.
