精益管理用于静脉用药集中调配中心药品配置效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨精益管理在静脉用药集中调配中心药品配置环节的应用效果。方法分析医院2015年7月至2017年7月静脉用药集中调配中心工作情况,按照时间年限分为精益管理前组(2015年7月至2016年7月)与精益管理后组(2016年8月至2017年7月),对比兰索拉唑和美罗培南在注射器规格一致(10 mL)的前提下,残余液量及配置时间的变化,以及月平均医嘱张数、周转天数、医嘱不合格率及配置时间差错率等。结果与精益管理前组相比,精益管理后组使用兰索拉唑、美罗培南后残余液量及配置时间均减少,月平均医嘱张数较多,周转天数较少,医嘱不合格率及配置时间差错率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精益管理应用于静脉用药集中调配中心药品配置环节,能减少残余液量,缩短静脉用药配置时间,减少配置差错,提高药物配置质量。Objective To investigate the effect of application of lean management in drugs allocation of pharmacy intravenous admixture services（ PIVAS）.Methods The work situation of PIVAS in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 was analyzed and divided into before lean management group（ from July 2015 to July 2016） and after lean management group（ from August 2016 to July 2017） according to the time period.Under the premise of the uniform specification of the syringe（ 10 mL）,the changes in the residual liquid volume and the allocation time of the two commonly used drugs of lansoprazole and meropenem were compared,and the average monthly doctors＇ orders,the turnover days,the unqualified rate of doctors＇ orders and the error rate of allocation time were also com pared.Results Compared with before the lean management,the residual fluid volume and the allocation time of lansolazole and meropein were decreased after the lean management,and the average monthly doctors＇ orders were more,the turnover days were less,the rate of medical advice and the unqualified rate of doctors＇ orders was lower after the lean management,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of lean management in drugs allocation of PIVAS can reduce the residual fluid volume,shorten the drug allocation time,reduce allocation errors and improve the quality of drug allocation.
